ECHR judgment in the property dispute of Tamrazyan v. Armenia

The case was litigated in the international tribunal for 10 years. It concerned the pre-emtive right of acquisition of community property used openly, continuously and in good-faith for 10 years. The case raises serious issues of law and practice where the users of property, formally deprived of ownership title, still continue enjoying legitimate rights towards land if certain criteria under law are met.
